This is one of the necessities in life that these days with the pandemic and so many out of work or trying to get Unemployment, the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance, or waiting on the Stimulus if it will because we were not prepared for this. In all honesty, I don’t scout the news every day, I don’t need to everywhere you look on Facebook, Twitter, and every fucking where you go coronavirus, COVID19 and it’s the most common meme theme, news article. Aren’t you all just a little sick and fucking tired of hanging onto every detail or trying to figure out something that we don’t know what is or isn’t the truth and how the news, government spins the whole thing who the hell knows? But it has changed all our lives. I’ve been distancing myself from the exposure, I work from home and I’m careful. But I don’t live near any of my family or close friends other than Joe so I’m alone here and sometimes it’s hard and I know everyone is trying to figure out how to handle it in their own way. Well so am I. This is the way I’ve been handling it is writing. But I feel like no one is reading and I know I changed the way I was doing it. I had it all only on Facebook, I moved it to this blog but I post it on Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, and other places too. I know people follow the blog but I’d really like it if you’d send me a message, comment, or like it or something. I’m working to improve my writing and trying to write about things that I feel might interest people I haven’t reached.
This is something that I wholeheartedly believe that if you show people that you care it will make this world a better place. We fight too much amongst each other, we don’t treat each other with the respect and decency that we deserve. Common sense and decency go a long way to making things right. We definitely need more of that in today’s world to try to make it better than it has been in too long. In many ways I think in older times or simpler times it was easier to have intimacy and people did and now with technology that is supposed to bring us closer together it has to a point but then also isolates us. With the pandemic that isolates us even more. Although I have been enjoying more meetings that have Facetime, Zoom, and Teams.
